COLLEGE AND CAREER

The College & Career Sunday School class is designed to meet the unique needs of young adults navigating higher education, career beginnings, spiritual and personal growth.

This group is here to help as they face the challenges of school, work, and relationships through the lens of Scripture, guided by leaders who understand their unique stage of life. Beyond the Sunday morning hour, we get together for group activities, help in various church-wide ministries, support community outreach programs, and build the kind of friendships that last far beyond the college years. We hope you will join us this Sunday!

HERE TO HELP

Jason and Kristy Starner

Hello and WELCOME to the College and Career class. We are the Starner’s. I, Jason, grew up in Alaska and moved to Idaho when I was 14. Kristy has lived in Idaho her entire life and is a true Idaho “native” at heart. We grew up ½ mile from each other and met riding the bus to school. We were married in 1993 right after graduating high school. Church was a part of both our lives growing up as far as attendance but neither of us had a personal relationship with the Lord. We both had clung to earlier professions of faith and struggled for many years with doubt. It was at a 4th of July conference in 2000 that Kristy called upon the name of the Lord to be SAVED. I on the other hand settled it from a head knowledge to a heart knowledge during a message by David Ring in 2005. We count it a privilege to serve at TVBC and have done so over the years in various ministries. We are excited to be a part of the College and Career group!

WE WANT TO MEET YOU. OUR GROUP IS OPEN TO SINGLES OUT OF HIGHSCHOOL WANTING BIBLICAL TEACHING. WE MEET ON SUNDAYS AT 9:30. FOR DIRECTIONS OR MORE INFORMATION TALK TO ONE OF OUR CHURCH GREETERS IN THE WELCOME BOOTH THAT IS LOCATED IN THE FOYER OF THE MAIN AUDITORIUM.
