ABOUT
REFORMERS UNANIMOUS
Addiction effects 1 in 4 people with no regard to age, gender, or class. 46% of Americans say they have a family member who is addicted to drugs. Despite America's best efforts, drug overdose deaths have tripled since 1990. Reformers Unanimous is here to present with the solution to this problem.
Through a proven Bible based curriculum, Reformers Unanimous Inc. (RUI) brings victory to an estimated 20,000 lives every year. Weekly classes build camaraderie and provide encouragement.
The goal for our students is not only to recover, but to go on and help others on their journey to recovery. The RU family is an amazing privilege and resource on the road to recovery. The inspiring stories of miraculous recovery and providential grace give accountability and motivation.
Each meeting, we break into counsel groups to share each of our burdens and blessings. Each group is led by a counsel leader. Personal counsel is also available.
Child care available at no charge. No need for costly child care while you recover.

"I have a new purpose"
I was saved but bound to my addictions. One night, sick of myself I cried out to God, “Where is the victory? Where is the victorious Christian life that I was told I would get?” That’s when God brought me to this discipleship program. God used this program to turn me to him. I learned that God is control of everything - and this is where I learned to rely on him. Now all I want to do is share what God has done for me with a lost and dying world.
"I am no longer alone"
As a teenager, I turned to drugs and alcohol to make myself feel worthwhile. It destroyed me and took every good thing from my life - leaving me with nothing. Through the RU program I have been given the strength to win over every obstacle in my life. God has given me true liberty.
"I couldn't do it alone"
I gave up. I had tried to get sober on my own for many years, but even my love for my children was not enough to overcome the heroin, meth, and alcohol that controlled me. I lost everything. Reformers Unanimous has changed my life. Through the daily journal, accountability partners, and weekly discipleship, God has given me victory, restored relationships, and created hope in my life.

LEADERS
HERE TO HELP
Ben and Vivian Brandt
Ben and Vivian have been married since 1992 and have attended Treasure Valley Baptist Church since 1996. As so many in the community, they have experienced firsthand the sorrow and destruction that addiction brings. They have been involved with Reformers Unanimous for nine years, and by the grace of God they have had the opportunity to fight for those overwhelmed by addiction. It is only through Christ – a personal relationship with Him, studying His word, and allowing Him to change your life from within – that victory over strongholds can be achieved.
‘Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;’
Psalm 103:2-4
